Blood Orange Artisanal Lemonade

Serves: 1

Ingredients:
1 Collins Ice Cube made from Hallstein Artisan Water
2 oz Freshly Squeezed Blood Orange Juice
1 oz Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice
3 oz Simple Syrup
2 oz Hallstein Artsian Water

Preparation:
Place specialty ice in a Collins Glass.
Combine all ingredients in a mixing tin.
Add ice and shake well.
Strain into the Collins Glass over the specialty ice.
Garnish with a Blood Orange Wheel and a Lemon Wheel.
Paper Straw.

*Simple Syrup
In a saucepan, combine equal parts granulated sugar and water and heat on low, stirring until all sugar crystals have dissolved and the syrup is clear.

Allow to cool. Store refrigerated in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks.
