Shiso Gin & Tonic
Makes 1 Serving
50 ml Lyre’s Dry London Spirit (Non-Alcoholic)
30 ml Citrus Syrup*
3 Shiso Leaves
Hallstein Wasser to fill as desired
First, combine 50 ml of Lyre's Dry London Spirit (Non-Alcoholic) with 30 ml of the homemade Citrus Syrup in a glass (e.g. a highball) and stir. Add 2 ice cubes (ideally from Hallstein water). To finish, top up with Hallstein water to taste and stir 2 times with a stirrer. Garnish with 3 Shiso leaves and enjoy.
* Citrus Syrup Recipe:
Put 500ml of lemon juice & 500ml of lime juice in a pot. Peel the zest from the fruit before squeezing, bring to the boil briefly with sugar and honey and steep for a sweet and acidic balance with an intense citrus note.
