Pricing Changes

May 1st 2022

By Alex Muhr

Dear Subscribers, Clients and Friends,

First and foremost, thank you for your passion and interest in our family’s product - it is why we are here, and continue to grow since our inception in 2016. As with many businesses, ours included, this past year has posed numerous challenges—from disruptions from every vendor needed to get Hallstein Artesian Water to your door, to constraints on global distribution and delivery channels. We have always believed in full transparency, and will continue to do so.

While we have held off in making any pricing changes for 5 years, we are making adjustments on May 1st 2022 for a variety of reasons: packaging materials (bottles, corrugated cardboard, caps, etc.), difficulties with supply chain, and last-mile delivery expenses (which are included in our annual subscription product price).

Price Changes

United States: +13% to our 5-gallon and 6-bottle cases

Europe, UK & Switzerland: +5% to our 5-gallon and +10% to the 8-bottle cases

Canada: +7% to our 5-gallon and 6-bottle cases

Please know we have determined the adjusted price increase will happen May 1st 2022. Regardless of the forthcoming increase, and because we value your loyalty and enthusiasm, we will offer all existing Hallstein subscribers a one-year extension of the existing rate through April 30th 2023.

With that, we would strongly encourage you to renew, gift or consider joining as a Hallstein member before May 1st 2022 so that you can continue to enjoy the product at the current price and lock-in for the immediate future.

Of course, if you have any questions about our thought process, I would be delighted to reply.

We are grateful to have you in our community and hope you will remain part of the Hallstein family for years to come.

Appreciatively,

Alexander Muhr
CEO
