Nachdem wir seit der Weihnachtszeit einfach unglaublich viel gegessen und getrunken haben , sehnt sich mein Körper nach etwas mehr Balance. Deshalb ist jetzt ein Neujahrs-Detox genau das richtige.
Im Moment ist ein starkes Immunsystem essenziell. Eine wichtige Komponente ist Wasser (aber gesundes!) zu trinken! Aber woher wissen wir, welches Wasser gesund ist?
